Where required by law or reasonably necessary based on shift duration, staff members must be permitted appropriate meal periods, rest periods, water access, restroom access, and other legally required working conditions.

Black Tie Events Staffing may remove personnel from conditions that present a substantial safety concern, unlawful activity, harassment, violence, or other serious risk.

9. Alcohol Service

When Black Tie Events Staffing personnel provide alcohol-related services, the client and venue remain responsible for ensuring that the event complies with applicable licensing, permitting, and venue requirements unless a written agreement specifically assigns a responsibility to Black Tie Events Staffing.
