Terms, and Service Agrement
Before completing your purchase, customers must acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
By booking, purchasing, or submitting payment for any staffing service, event support package, consultation, or event-related service provided by Black Tie Event Staffing, the client acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted all service terms, cancellation policies, staffing policies, and payment conditions outlined by the company.
The client further acknowledges that Black Tie Event Staffing provides professional event staffing and operational support services, including but not limited to:
Event staffing coordination
Bartenders
Servers
Hospitality staff
Event setup and breakdown crews
Brand ambassadors
Trade show staffing
Wedding and private event staffing
Administrative scheduling and preparation services
The client understands that staffing preparation begins immediately after booking and may include:
Staff reservation and scheduling
Administrative coordination
Event planning preparation
Workforce allocation
Operational logistics
Vendor and timeline coordination
Because staffing commitments and operational preparation begin immediately after payment and confirmation, deposits and payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Black Tie Event Staffing.
By submitting payment, the client also acknowledges and agrees that:
Staffing availability is reserved specifically for their event date and time
Last-minute cancellations may result in substantial operational losses
Black Tie Event Staffing may decline refunds for services already prepared, scheduled, or staffed
All disputes must first be addressed directly with management before any payment dispute or chargeback is initiated
The client further agrees that any misuse of services, abusive behavior toward staff, unsafe working conditions, or fraudulent payment disputes may result in immediate termination of services without refund.
